No restaurant which is disappointing for this level of a hotel. There is food options outside which is good but if it rains or you want to get something late at night, it is not ideal. The TV channels did not work. The room itself was good. it was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Cockroaches in bathroom

I arrived at the hotel quite late. I had not found the parking in the rear lane and ended up paying $88 (!!!) for parking overnight at the closest parking station a couple of doors down. But the main issue for me was that I barely slept.... I spent half the night convinced I would have cockroaches in the bed after finding 2 massive cockroaches and 2 smaller cockroaches in the bathroom during the night. One ran out of the bathroom and the main room into the hallway and i tried to block the massive gap under the door with towels. I advised reception when I checked out in the morning and was told they would have sprayed the room with bug spray if I'd called them. I suspect the hotel needs a complete professional pest spray, not one room with a can of mortein. Overall the room was very tired, blankets and furniture smelled very stale.

It was a Good stay however my team and I would have very much appreciated the ability to get a coffee downstairs and breakfast together.

Staff were great, very helpful and knowledgeable, however motel had no bar or restaurant, and I was charged for parking (which I wasn't made aware of on website).
